Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We do use advertising, attribution and identity technologies that share personal information with advertising partners so that advertising can be targeted to you across different websites and services. Under California law and similar laws in other states, that is a sale or sharing, and you have the right to opt out.

This control applies to the browser and device you are using now. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your cookies, set your preference again. Opting out does not require an account and we do not need to verify your identity to honour it.

Manage cookie and advertising preferences

Choose which categories of cookies and similar technologies we may use.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off because the store cannot function without them. Our Cookie Policy explains each category, including the analytics tools that record website sessions.

Global Privacy Control

We recognise and honour the Global Privacy Control.

GPC is a setting available in some browsers and extensions that automatically tells every website you visit that you want to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. If you visit us with GPC enabled we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser and display a confirmation that your signal has been honoured. You do not need to do anything else.

Marketing preferences

EMAIL — click unsubscribe in the footer of any marketing email, or email support@blueteesgolf.com.
TEXT MESSAGES — reply STOP to any marketing text. Reply HELP for help.

We will still send transactional messages about your orders, subscriptions, registrations and warranty claims. Those are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active order, subscription or claim.

Marketing consent is separate from your purchase. Buying from us does not sign you up for marketing.

Location data in the GAME app

GAME uses your device location to provide distances, course detection and shot tracking. Precise geolocation is sensitive personal information under California law, and we use it only to provide the service and keep it secure.

Turn location access on or off at any time in your device settings. Turning it off disables the features that rely on it.

Your other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
  • Get a copy in a portable format;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Limit our use of sensitive personal information;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling;
  • Not be treated differently for exercising a right.

TO MAKE A REQUEST: email support@blueteesgolf.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", telling us which right you want to exercise and which state or country you live in.

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days where reasonably necessary. For access, correction and deletion we verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold. You may use an authorised agent, and we may ask for written authorisation.

If we decline and your state provides an appeal right, reply with the subject line "Privacy Appeal".

Deleting your GAME account

You can delete your GAME account at any time in the GAME application.

These are separate actions, and doing one does not do the others:

  • DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT — permanently removes your GAME account.
  • CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION — stops billing. See GAME Subscription Management.
  • UNINSTALL THE APP — removes it from your device only.
  • UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MARKETING — stops promotional messages only.

IF YOU HAVE A PAID SUBSCRIPTION, CANCEL IT BEFORE DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT. Deleting your account does not automatically stop billing.

Notice of financial incentive

We sometimes offer a discount, promotional credit, loyalty benefit or other reward for joining our email or text marketing programme or our loyalty programme.

  • WHAT WE COLLECT: your email address, phone number and marketing consent, and your loyalty programme activity.
  • WHAT YOU GET: the benefit described in the offer when you sign up.
  • HOW TO JOIN: sign up through the offer.
  • HOW TO WITHDRAW: unsubscribe from email or reply STOP to texts at any time. You may lose the benefit going forward, but a discount already applied to a completed order is not reversed.
  • HOW WE VALUE IT: we have estimated the value of your information in good faith by reference to the cost of the benefit offered relative to the expected value of the marketing relationship. We do not consider the value of your information to exceed the value of the benefit provided.

Participation is entirely voluntary.
