SHIPPING
We offer several domestic and international shipping options based on your budget and how urgently you want to improve your golf game.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of being placed. (Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.)
Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Blue Tees Golf offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited domestic shipping is also available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping prices are based on your location:
- Canada and United Kingdom - $9.99 (arrives in 6-12 business days)
- All other locations - $14.99 (arrives in 6-12 business days)
DELAYS IN SHIPPING
While we do our best to fulfill and ship your orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, sometimes a delay occurs during shipping because of invalid shipping addresses, COVID restrictions, weather, or Customs.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we suggest you:
- Check the tracking information to see if it has been delivered. If it has been delivered and you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors or mailroom (if you live in an apartment). Sometimes deliveries are mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or overlooked in a mailroom.
- Contact your local post office for additional information on the shipment. Sometimes UPS and FedEx partner with the local postal service to make the final deliveries. In this case, your tracking information will indicate a transfer to the local post office.
- If you still can’t find your delivery, please email our customer support team at support@blueteesgolf.com.
WEEKEND DELIVERY
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed with standard, priority, or 2-day shipping. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your shipping method.
Blue Tees Golf is not responsible for refunding priority and 2-day shipping for orders that do not arrive on the weekend.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know you're going to love Blue Tees Golf products, but sometimes things don't work out. We get it. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read the entire Blue Tees Golf Returns Policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Orders can be returned within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned. (For example, our rangefinder comes with a hardshell case, lanyard, carabiner, and battery cap.)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete. If your return does not pass our return inspection, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee or you may not qualify for a refund at all. Returned products that don't qualify for a refund will be recycled and cannot be returned to you.
For orders placed through our website, please follow the instructions below on how to return your product. We have partnered with Loop to make the process as easy as possible for our customers. We will provide a return shipping label* and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund when we receive your package and your return is inspected.
*For international orders, you are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us as we do not have the capacity to generate international return labels.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed and returned to the card used at purchase.

EXCHANGES
We have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all technology products. To qualify for an exchange, returned items must be in their original working condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear. All accessories included in the original order must also be returned.
We do not accept exchanges from second hand resellers like Ebay or Facebook Marketplace.
If purchased from our website, please follow the instructions in the section below to start the exchange process.
If purchased from an authorized reseller, you can submit a warranty claim directly through us. You must provide proof of purchase and are responsible for shipping the unit back to us Please send an email to support@blueteesgolf.com to start the exchange process..
All exchanges are inspected upon receipt. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete. If your returned rangefinder does not pass inspection, your exchange will be treated like a return.
If you want to upgrade your product after the 60-day return period has ended, you may benefit from our Trade Up Program. This program allows you to exchange your used product for a new one with discounted pricing. For more information, contact us at support@blueteesgolf.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Follow these easy steps to initiate a return.
The return and exchange process is for orders placed on the Blue Tees Golf website. If you purchased your Blue Tees Golf product from a retail partner or Amazon, please contact them to initiate a return or exchange.
- Click here to be directed to our Returns & Exchanges portal.
- Enter your order number and zip code and click “Start Here”. If this is a gift return, please click the “Start Gift Return” button and enter your information.
- The items you purchased will appear on screen. Select the items you want to return.
- Choose the reason for your return. If prompted to leave a comment, please leave detailed information on why you are returning your product and click “Continue with Return”.
- Select “Exchanging for a new style” or “Return Item”.
- Exchanging for a new style or color:
- Select the new style you would like to return.
- Click the “Exchange Item” button and follow the instructions to complete the exchange.
- If you want a different product, click “Shop with return credit” and follow the instructions to upgrade to a new style.
- Return Item
- Select the item you want to return.
- Click the ‘Continue with return’ button.
- Select Store Credit or Original Payment Method
- Store Credit: Select your refund method and click the “Submit Return” button.
- Original Payment Method: Confirm the information and click the “Submit Return” button.
- A Support Team Member may reach out to you with additional questions before approving your return or exchange. Once your return or exchange is approved, a return label will be generated and emailed to you.* Please pack the items that you wish to return or exchange and place your package in the mail. All accessories included in the original order must be returned as well.
- * For international orders, you are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us as we do not have the capacity to generate international return labels.
- Exchange Process:
- All exchanges are inspected upon receipt. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete. If your returned rangefinder does not pass inspection, your exchange will be treated like a return.
- Once your return is inspected and approved, your new item will be shipped.
- Return Process
- Once the return has been received and inspected, our customer support team will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the cost of the return shipping label (if applicable) and/or the restocking fee (if applicable). The refund will be applied to the same payment method that was used for the original order unless you chose to receive a store credit. Please note, the inspection process can take 5-7 business days from when we receive your package.
- If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.
- If this is a gift return, you will receive a gift card with store credit for the amount of your original purchase price.
