GAME SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Manage, update or cancel your GAME Premium subscription.

You can cancel at any time. Where you cancel depends on where you originally subscribed.

Start here: where did you subscribe?

  • Purchased on blueteesgolf.com, or the subscription came with a Blue Tees Golf product you bought from us — use OPTION 1.
  • Subscribed inside the GAME app on an iPhone or iPad — use OPTION 2.
  • Subscribed inside the GAME app on an Android device — use OPTION 3.

Not sure? Check your email for the receipt. A receipt from Blue Tees Golf or Shopify means Option 1. A receipt from Apple means Option 2. A receipt from Google means Option 3. If you are still not sure, email support@blueteesgolf.com and we will look it up for you.

OPTION 1 — you subscribed on blueteesgolf.com

Your subscription is managed through Loop Subscriptions.

In your subscription account you can see your renewal date, update your payment method, update your contact details, and cancel.

TO CANCEL: open your subscription account using the button above, select your GAME Premium subscription and choose Cancel. Your cancellation applies to future billing immediately, and you keep GAME Premium until the end of your current paid period.

Prefer email? Write to support@blueteesgolf.com from the address on your subscription and ask us to cancel. We will process it and confirm.

OPTION 2 — you subscribed through Apple

Apple bills and manages your subscription. Blue Tees Golf cannot cancel or refund it for you.

TO CANCEL ON iPHONE OR iPAD:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Blue Tees Golf GAME.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, through reportaproblem.apple.com.

OPTION 3 — you subscribed through Google Play

Google bills and manages your subscription. Blue Tees Golf cannot cancel or refund it for you.

TO CANCEL ON ANDROID:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select Blue Tees Golf GAME.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under Google's policies.

What happens when you cancel

  • Cancelling stops your next automatic renewal.
  • You keep GAME Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • After that your account returns to the free version of the GAME app.
  • Your rounds and account data are not deleted because a subscription ends.
  • Cancelling does not ordinarily produce a prorated refund. See our GAME Subscription Terms.

Cancelling during a free trial

If you are in a free trial and do not want to be charged, cancel BEFORE the trial ends using the option above that matches where you enrolled. Cancelling during a trial keeps your access until the trial period finishes.

Prepaid multi-year memberships

If you bought a prepaid multi-year membership, such as a three-year plan, you are not billed again during the prepaid term. When that term ends the subscription renews annually at the price disclosed to you at enrolment. To prevent that renewal, cancel before the prepaid term expires.

Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account

These are separate actions:

  • CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION — stops billing. Your GAME account stays open on the free tier.
  • DELETE YOUR GAME ACCOUNT — permanently removes your account. You can do this in the GAME app.
  • UNINSTALL THE APP — removes it from your device but does not cancel billing or delete your account.
  • UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MARKETING — stops promotional email or texts but does not cancel your subscription.

If you want to stop being billed, cancel your subscription. Uninstalling the app will not do it.
