NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern sweepstakes, giveaways and random-draw promotions run by Blue Tees Enterprises LLC d/b/a Blue Tees Golf (the "Sponsor"). Each promotion has its own Promotion Details — the entry period, prize, entry method and any additional conditions — published with that promotion. The Promotion Details and these Official Rules together form the complete rules for that promotion. Where they conflict, the Promotion Details govern for that promotion.
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence if higher, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, members and immediate family members of, and those living in the same household as, the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any prize suppliers are not eligible.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for compliance with any law applicable to them.
3. Entry period
Each promotion runs for the entry period stated in its Promotion Details. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be accepted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
The entry method for each promotion is stated in its Promotion Details and may include entering an email address, following or engaging with a Blue Tees Golf social media account, submitting a form, or making a qualifying purchase.
FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY. If a promotion offers entry in connection with a purchase, you may enter free of charge instead by emailing support@blueteesgolf.com with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry", stating the name of the promotion, your full name, mailing address, email address and date of birth. Free entries must be received within the entry period and receive the same chance of winning as any other entry. Limit one free entry per person per promotion unless the Promotion Details state otherwise.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, and entries from multiple accounts or addresses controlled by the same person, are void. Incomplete, illegible or late entries are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Winner selection and odds
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative within a reasonable time after the entry period closes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the promotion.
6. Winner notification
The Sponsor will notify each potential winner using the contact information supplied with the entry, within a reasonable time after the drawing.
A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.
7. Prizes
The prize and its approximate retail value are stated in the Promotion Details.
Prizes are awarded as-is with no warranty of any kind from the Sponsor, express or implied, except that any Blue Tees Golf technology product awarded as a prize carries our standard Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date it is awarded.
Prizes are not transferable and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No cash alternative is offered.
Only the number of prizes stated will be awarded. Limit one prize per person and per household per promotion.
8. Taxes
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ON A PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Where the value of a prize requires it, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 and the winner must supply a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is released. Winners are advised to consult a tax adviser.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, voice and statements about the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice or approval.
10. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their officers, members, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete or not received for any reason, for technical or network failures, or for any error in the administration of the promotion. The Sponsor is not liable for any injury or damage to any person's device related to participation.
If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of a promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion and to award any prize from eligible entries received before the action was taken.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of a promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Privacy
Information you submit is collected and used by the Sponsor to administer the promotion and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entering a promotion does not by itself sign you up for marketing email or text messages; where a promotion offers marketing sign-up, that consent is requested separately and is not required to enter or win. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. See Your Privacy Choices.
12. Not sponsored by social media platforms
Where a promotion is announced or entered through a social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. You release each platform from all liability in connection with the promotion. Any information you submit is provided to the Sponsor, not to the platform.
13. Disputes and governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to a promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms & Conditions. Entrants agree that any remedy is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, and that in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded.
14. Winners list
For the name of the winner of any promotion, send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address above, or email support@blueteesgolf.com with the subject line "Winners List" and the name of the promotion, within ninety (90) days after the end of the entry period.
