Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior eCommerce Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer (Shopify) and Amazon business. You will own DTC and Amazon revenue performance end-to-end - responsible for driving growth, improving conversion, and maximizing contribution margin across channels. This role sits at the center of the business, ensuring tight alignment between paid media, onsite experience, merchandising, retention, and inventory.

Today, eCommerce ownership is fragmented across teams, creating misalignment between paid media, site experience, and revenue performance. This role is designed to centralize ownership and create a single point of accountability across Shopify (DTC) and Amazon.

This is a hands-on operator role - not a coordinator. You are expected to own outcomes, operate with speed, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue, Margin & Performance

  • Own total eCommerce performance (Shopify, Amazon, Meta Shop, TikTok Shop) end-to-end
  • Drive improvements across Conversion Rate (CVR), AOV, CAC / MER, and Contribution Margin
  • Identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and margin expansion levers

Shopify (DTC) Experience

  • Own site merchandising and performance across homepage, PDPs, collections, and promotions
  • Drive end-to-end onsite experience aligned with traffic sources and campaigns
  • Ensure tracking accuracy, QA, and performance across all devices

Amazon (Marketplace)

  • Own Amazon Seller Central + FBA performance (listings, inventory, pricing, Buy Box)
  • Manage or oversee Amazon paid media (SP, SB, SD) 
  • Drive both revenue and efficiency (TACOS / ACOS + margin performance)

Marketplace & Social Commerce (TikTok Shop + Meta Shops)

  • Own TikTok Shop and Meta Shops (Facebook / Instagram Shop) performance end-to-end
  • Manage product listings, merchandising, and promotional execution across platforms
  • Align social commerce strategy with DTC (Shopify) and Amazon to ensure consistency in pricing, inventory, and brand experience
  • Partner with paid media and content teams to drive conversion and revenue through social commerce channels
  • Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize for revenue and margin across all social commerce platforms

CRO, Testing & Funnel Ownership

  • Own and drive a continuous testing roadmap across:
  • PDPs
  • Landing pages
  • Funnel steps
  • Promotional calendars
  • Execute A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion and revenue performance
  • Build a repeatable system for testing velocity and performance improvement

Paid Media & Performance Alignment

  • Own alignment between paid media and onsite conversion performance
  • Drive efficiency by aligning media spend with conversion and margin outcomes
  • Influence budget allocation, landing page strategy, and offer structure
  • Ensure traffic quality and funnel performance are fully aligned

Product Launches, Merchandising & Inventory

  • Execute product launches, promotions, pricing updates, and inventory coordination
  • Maintain best-in-class PDPs (copy, imagery, video, FAQs, comparison tables)
  • Own inventory planning and alignment with Operations and Logistics to ensure:
  • High in-stock rates
  • Efficient sell-through
  • Minimal revenue loss from stockouts

Retention & Customer Experience

  • Partner with CRM (Klaviyo) on email & SMS performance and post-purchase experience
  • Work with Customer Success and Ops to improve returns, shipping, and customer feedback loops

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards across DTC and Amazon
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Ensure clean tracking across Shopify, Amazon, GA4, and paid media

Cross-Regional Alignment

  • Partner closely with UK marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and inventory planning across regions

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Highly analytical with a bias toward execution and speed
  • Strong cross-functional communicator
  • Shopify / Shopify Plus
  • Klaviyo (Email + SMS)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Amazon Seller Central + FBA

Education & Experience

  • 4–7+ years in eCommerce / DTC / digital commerce
  • Strong experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central + FBA
  • Proven track record of owning revenue or channel P&L
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnel performance, and paid media impact on eCommerce
  • Experience building and executing testing roadmaps across PDPs, landing pages, and funnels
