POST GAME TERMS OF SERVICE

These POST GAME Terms of Service govern your access to and use of POST GAME, the Blue Tees Golf performance analytics service available at postgame.blueteesgolf.com and through linked Blue Tees Golf applications, provided by Blue Tees Enterprises LLC d/b/a Blue Tees Golf.
POST GAME is a separate service from the GAME mobile application. Where you use both, the GAME Terms of Service govern GAME and these Terms govern POST GAME. Our Terms & Conditions, GAME Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy also apply where relevant.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using POST GAME you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account and at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase any paid access. If you do not agree, do not use POST GAME.
2. What POST GAME is
POST GAME is a web-based analytics service that presents performance data associated with your Blue Tees Golf account, which may include rounds, scores, shot data, statistics, trends and generated insights.
POST GAME depends on data captured through the GAME application and connected Blue Tees Golf hardware. It is an analytics and presentation layer, not a system of record.
3. Accounts and access
POST GAME uses your Blue Tees Golf account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Access to some or all POST GAME functionality may require an active GAME Premium subscription, as disclosed at the point of access. Where paid access is required, the GAME Subscription Terms govern billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
Deleting your GAME account removes your access to POST GAME. Account deletion is available in the GAME application.
4. Accuracy of analytics
POST GAME PRESENTS DATA AND DERIVED ANALYSIS. IT IS INFORMATIONAL ONLY.
Every figure shown in POST GAME depends on the accuracy and completeness of the underlying data captured by GAME, by connected hardware and by you. That data is approximate, as explained in Section 7 of the GAME Terms of Service.
Statistics, trends, benchmarks, strokes-gained style measures, projections and any generated insight are produced by automated analysis of incomplete data. THEY ARE NOT ADVICE, ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF ANY RESULT, AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON FOR ANY DECISION WITH FINANCIAL, COMPETITIVE OR HEALTH CONSEQUENCES. Handicap-related output is not an official handicap index unless issued by an authorised governing body.
We may change how any metric is calculated, which can change previously displayed figures.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the round, score and performance data associated with your account. You grant Blue Tees Golf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, analyse, transmit and display that data to operate and provide POST GAME to you and to develop and improve our products and services. We may use it in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics and product development, as described in our Privacy Policy.
POST GAME IS NOT A BACKUP SERVICE. We may impose storage or history limits, and we do not guarantee that historical data will remain available indefinitely. Export your data if you need to retain it.
6. Sharing
Where POST GAME lets you share a round, statistic, leaderboard position or report, you are responsible for what you share and with whom. Content you make publicly visible may be seen, copied and redistributed by others. Do not share anything you are not comfortable making public.
7. Acceptable use
You must not: access POST GAME by automated means or scrape data from it; attempt to access another user's data; interfere with or circumvent security, rate limits or access controls; reverse engineer the service; submit false data or manipulate statistics, benchmarks or leaderboards; resell or commercially exploit POST GAME or its outputs; or use POST GAME or its data to build a competing product or service.
8. Availability and changes
POST GAME is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, metrics, views or the entire service at any time. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where discontinuation materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, the remedy is set out in our GAME Subscription Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or any other agreement with Blue Tees Golf, if we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity, or if required by law. You may stop using POST GAME at any time.
10. Intellectual property
POST GAME, including its software, interface, design, metric definitions, visualisations, data compilations and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Blue Tees Golf. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
11. Third-party services
POST GAME relies on third-party hosting, analytics, course data and technology providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or practices.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
POST GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. The limitation of liability in Section 22 of our Terms & Conditions applies to these Terms.
13. Dispute resolution
The dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Section 20 of our Terms & Conditions, including the class action waiver and your 30-day right to opt out, apply to any dispute arising out of or relating to POST GAME.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice in the service, by email, or both. Continuing to use POST GAME after the effective date means you accept the change.
