When trying to reconnect watch to another phone device +
  1. Delete the device from the account from admin panel
  2. Then unpair your watch from phone settings.
  3. Then manually download 0.6.2
  4. Then reset the device from watch about page
  5. Then do register and check the connection

Player+ gets disconnected then does not auto reconnect (Android Samsung or Google device ) +
  1. A temporary solution is that IF it gets disconnected or you cannot reconnect THEN turn off/on the bluetooth setting on the Player+ device (in settings) and this should reset OR reset your cache. This is a better solution than hard closing the app because hard closing your app won't actually reset the cache which is causing the issue.
